If you want the DVD shipped to Missouri, please add $2.30 for sales tax. Your total would be: $34.95 + $4.95 + $2.30 = $42.20.

VHS Copies:

We do have a VHS version, although it is extremely limited compared to the DVD. All of the video portions are included, but all of the interactive features are disabled because the VHS format cannot support them.
